Migration
You lead ten people across a dying land toward a valley you've only heard about. The journey is ten legs long: stretches of walking through ash, meltwater, forest, cliffs and snow — and between them, a fork in the road where you have to choose.
Every choice trades safety against speed, and rations against people. The ending you get isn't a score. It's the number of people who walk into the valley beside you.
Features
- Ten legs across five biomes — the Ashen Plains, the Braided River, the Elderwood, the Bone Pass and the White Silence
- Twenty branching decision cards with weighted outcomes, so the same fork doesn't always end the same way
- Named tribe members with roles that change the rules — hunters forage more, gatherers stretch the rations, elders steady the tribe's spirit, scouts warn you of hazards ahead, children eat little but are lost first
- Three resources: how many of you there are, what's left to eat, and how the tribe feels
- Four endings, scored on survivors — plus a roll of everyone who didn't make it, and what took them
- Original procedurally generated art and music throughout
